Hall Locker Assign and Maintain Student Hall Lockers
• Assign lockers randomly by Location in the school. • Reassign lockers that break or for academic groups • Set up lockers annually • Block off lockers for academic groups • Track locker maintenance actions
Primary emphasis is on Daily Student Locker activities and generating reports. This is followed by yearly activities to set up the student and locker information. Finally, there is initial setup of the account with school specific data and the ability to merge in data as large scale changes happen during the year.
Locker assignments are shown for all students.
View the detailed information of a "selected" student by pressing the green "View Selection" button.
Change the student selection using the column on the far left. A selection will be shown as a grey block.
Details of the locker assignment are shown for the selected student.
Change the locker assignment, and change the locker status by selecting the "unassign" button.
Reassign a student's locker by selecting an available locker from the list.
Finally, print out a new contract for the student with their new locker number, combination and locker use contract/rules.
Choose Find Student to reveal specific search criteria for the student.
Enter a Student Last and First Name and select Perform Find.
You will be returned to a selection view of the student's locker assignment.
Choose Find Locker to reveal specific search criteria for a locker assignment.
Enter a Locker Number Perform Find.
You will be returned to the previous Selected view of the student's locker assignment.
Choose New Student to enter information on a student who has not received a locker assignment.
Enter the StudentID first and select Validate to make sure the student is new, with no locker assignment.
You will be allowed to fill in the relevant student data and returned to the previous Selected view of the student's locker assignment.
A Student may be permanently deleted by selecting the "Delete Selection" button.
A challenge dialog will be presented to make sure permanent deletion is desired.

Yearly Student Activities are used to update the student/locker information as a new school year arrives.
Choose to clear students by grade; get rid of graduating seniors in the system.
Also release lockers assigned to graduating seniors.
Assign lockers to specific hall locations in the school. Randomly allocates large groups of students to lockers at once.

Change combinations for the entire school as necessary.
Reset locker assignments to Available without resetting lockers tagged broken or reserved.
Add a new locker with new combination sequences if the lock itself is broken or you add a locker for special uses.
Initial School Setup allows entry of all student, locker and school data when receiving the program.
Input pictures of your School Logos, Letterhead and student/locker contract.
Import Student data from a cvs file generated from your SIS.
Import locker and combination sequence data from a separate cvs file.
Clear the entire database, if necessary. You will be prompted to backup the database so you can recover any work to date.
